The Chamber supports acts of great customer service through our Get Caught Program! We challenge our business community to “Get Caught” being exceptional customer servants. The goal: new customers, return customers, business growth and a great community image.
We are asking our businesses and, in fact, all Newtonians, to report to the Chamber incidences of exceptional customer service. In turn we will issue the “offender” a citation commending him or her. We will also post these incidences in our monthly newsletter and on our website giving recognition to the “catchER” and the “catchEE!”
There are several different ways to report an incidence of excellent customer service:

· Call the Chamber office at 316-283-2560 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to report your experience to one of the helpful staff.
What are we trying to accomplish with this program? We love our community, we love the people and we love the businesses here. We only want to see it grow and thrive and by promotion and providing outstanding customer service to everyone we interact with both in our personal and professional contacts, can accomplish just that!
